No. 1 Omaha Westside (3-0) 56, No. 3 Bellevue West (3-1) 35
– Anthony Rezac accounted for 255 yards and four touchdowns as Omaha Westside survived a massive test by breaking open a tight game in the fourth quarter. Junior running back Jahmez Ross added 106 yards and a touchdown to pace Westside. Daniel Kaelin threw for 378 yards and three touchdowns, while Kyrell Jordan caught seven passes for 167 yards and two touchdowns for the Thunderbirds.
No. 2 Gretna (3-0) 16, No. 7 Creighton Prep (1-3) 13
– – Zane Flores went 30-of-38 through the air for 217 yards, including a 9-yard touchdown pass to Tyson Boganowski early in the third quarter for the only touchdown of the evening for Gretna. Cameron Bothwell booted three crucial field goals for the Dragons. Korver Demma recovered a fumble with under a minute to go to seal the victory. North Dakota State commit Marty Brown rushed for 220 yards and two long first half touchdowns runs to give him eight on the season for the Junior Jays, who have lost to the top three teams in the state this season by a total of 17 points.
Millard North (2-1) 20, No. 6 Millard South (1-2) 14
– Evan Hansen accounted for 169 yards and three touchdowns as Millard North downed rival Millard South. Sophomore Pierce Mooberry caught one of two touchdown strikes from Hansen in the victory. Brock Murtaugh totaled 234 yards and threw for a touchdown for the Patriots, who have dropped two straight.
No. 10 Grand Island (2-1) 20, Norfolk (2-1) 16
– Jace Chrisman rushed for two fourth quarter touchdowns to complete a rally for the Islanders, who trailed 16-7. Chrisman finished with 148 yards in the victory, while Cohen Evans added a 79-yard touchdown run to pace Grand Island.

Fremont (1-3) 25, Lincoln Northeast (0-3) 6
– Sophomore Brooks Eyler rushed for 178 yards and a touchdown as Fremont picked up its first win of the season. Hudson Cunnings threw for a touchdown and added another on the ground for the Tigers.
Lincoln High (2-1) 43, Omaha Central (1-2) 7
– Julian Babahanov and Regiel Gaines both rushed for a pair of touchdowns in the victory for the Links, who moved to 2-1 on the season. Javon Leuty and LJ Quinnie both scored defensive touchdowns to pace Lincoln High.
Lincoln Southeast (1-2) 28, Papillion-LaVista (0-3) 14
– Lincoln Southeast picked up its first victory of the year as Max Buttenback rushed for 240 yards and three touchdowns, including a 62-yard romp on Southeast’s first offensive play. Owen Baxter and Will Jesske hooked up for a touchdown pass for the Knights. Jordan Barrientos rushed for 127 yards and a touchdown in a losing effort for the Monarchs.
Lincoln Southwest (3-0) 31, Lincoln East (1-2) 17
– Cal Newell rushed for 161 yards and two touchdowns in the victory for the Silver Hawks, who moved to 3-0 on the season. Collin Fritton added 141 passing yards and a score for Southwest.
South Sioux City (1-2) 40, Omaha Northwest (0-3) 20
– Tony Palmer rushed for 110 yards and three first half touchdowns, while Darrius Helms threw for a pair of scores and added another on the ground as the Cardinals moved to 1-2 on the season.

No. 4 Elkhorn South (3-0) 41, No. 8 Papillion-LaVista South (3-1) 7
– Junior quarterback Carson Rauner accounted for three touchdowns, including an 83-yard strike to Jackson Moeller-Swan just :25 into the game, as the Storm rolled. Cole Ballard rushed for 115 yards and scored two touchdowns, while Nebraska defensive line commit Maverick Noonan also scored a touchdown after grabbing a fumble out of the air as an offensive lineman for Elkhorn South. Sam Schuler threw for a touchdown pass to lead the Titans, who fell to 3-1 on the season.
No. 9 Kearney (3-0) 34, Lincoln North Star (2-1) 7
– Treyven Beckman threw for 144 yards and two touchdowns, while the Bearcats got two defensive touchdowns in the win over previously-unbeaten Lincoln North Star. Dylan Hallett scored Lincoln North Star’s touchdown in a losing effort at Seacrest Field.
Omaha Benson (2-1) 47, Omaha Westview (1-2) 7
– D.J. Sterling scored three touchdowns as Omaha Benson picked up its second straight win.

– Tre’Vionne Brown caught a pair of touchdown scores and added a rushing touchdown for the Vikings, while Te’Shuan Porter rushed for 131 yards on just four carries and added two more touchdowns to his impressive resume’ as Omaha North rolled. Sophomore Sebastian Circo threw for three touchdowns after returning from injury.
